General Grant
"I would like to thank the Connellan Airways Trust very much for their generous support in the form of a General Grant.
This Grant allowed me to take my son to attend an appointment with an orthodontic specialist, which was both important and urgent, but, as available appointment dates did not align with any existing travel plans, meant a specific trip away just for this appointment, at a significant cost to my family. The General Grant meant that my son was able to attend this appointment, without the significant burdens of travel and accommodation costs to our family, thanks to Connellan.
Living in a remote area, the financial costs in the forms of transportation and accommodation required to access medical care are often prohibitive, to the detriment of those living within those
areas.
We are extremely thankful for the support from Connellan to help ease these costs, which ensured we were able to attend this appointment. I have shared my appreciation of this grant with many people, and will continue to do so, and to promote the wonderful things that the Connellan Airways Trust does for people in remote areas"
