General Grants Support People and Organisations in Remote and Very Remote Australia Overcome challenges caused By Distance, Isolation and Limited Access to Oppertunities.
Who:
Individuals and not-for-profit organisations working in Remote and Very Remote Australia.
What:
Grants of up to $10,000 for education, training, health, wellbeing, and community-led initiatives that reduce barriers caused by distance.
Where:
Projects that directly benefit people living in Remote or Very Remote communities.
When (2026 rounds):
- Round 1: Applications open 1–31 March
- Round 2: Applications open 1–30 June
- Round 3: Applications open 1–30 September
What we look for:
Clear need, strong local context, practical delivery, and measurable outcomes for remote people and communities.
